Very friendly staff, with prompt and efficient service. Had a service van if you needed a drop off stop in several times to check in for clients that required its service. Also the chairs are quite comfortable and plenty with bottles of water available if you are thirsty
Service department is definitely A+ and would highly recommend it . Went in for a check light on a 802a Raptor and was in and out with the problem fixed for less than 1hr,truck was washed as well. The service advisor was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything.

I only have good things to say about the service at this dealership. They are so accommodating from picking up and delivering my car back to me after service, to executing whatever service needs to be done, to staying in touch throughout the timeline, explaining details to me to being on time and being a pleasure to deal with. Packey Webb Ford is a great place to buy a Ford and to get your Ford serviced. I have purchased a vehicle there and received the best price compared to other dealers in the area. I have used Ford Dealerships in the area for service on various vehicles I have owned. The other Ford dealerships always added on additional repairs and services that my vehicle did not need. Oscar did a fantastic job selling me the Ford Fusion I purchased yesterday. He was eager to answer all my questions and explained everything perfectly. I forgot the name of the finance guy but he was awesome too.

For the transmission oil change it was fine. For the battery 🔋 change it was fine except that the items in my trunk could have been put back as it was and neatly. But I’m not really surprised as I work in a similar environment 😮

We bought a used Buick from Packey, it is a super good find. A 2016 with 31k miles. Super clean with the leather seats bearly having creases. It drove like a dream and when they ran the numbers we were given an easy, zero tension negotiation on the price. We didnt buy any additional warranty but were told we had 5 days/500 miles of coverage should something major to break. This is an Illinois state law warrant. I appreciate how polite, patient and most of all professional everyone who I have interacted with always is. I had a recall and called for appointment. The gentleman was very accommodating. When I brought it in I needed a ride home which they immediately accommodated. Later in the day they had completed the work and called. Unfortunately I missed the call. I called back and asked if they could pick me up. I especially enjoyed my driver because he made me feel comfortable, spoke with familiarity and was extremely careful driving.
